As a Chargeback Representment Specialist, your day-to-day tasks will involve analyzing transaction data, and collaborating with internal teams to prevent fraud incidents, building templates for disputes and creating reports around chargeback representment to ensure our high levelPlease send your Resume in English ONLY. ALL interviews will be in English.ResponsibilitiesMaintain or exceed established standards for customer service, and resolve complex issues with little or no supervision or direction;Analyze data from multiple sources to identify discrepancies and what, if any, remedies can eliminate suspicion and maintain compliance;Work with peers and Managed Services leadership to communicate fraud trends and share best practices, ideas and information;Prepare and submit compelling evidence and documentation required to dispute a chargeback within the specified time frame.Communicate effectively with the teamWrite reports and document evidence, findings, and recommendations;Conduct follow-up research on fraudulent transactions;RequirementsPrevious e-commerce fraud prevention, investigation or retail fraud prevention experience is a plus;Knowledge with Verifi and Ethoca fraud toolsDemonstrated experience and/or proficient working knowledge of Excel and Google sheets;Good understanding of the pivot TablesStrong customer service skills and a demonstrated ability to take initiative, conduct thorough research, and be professionally persistent;Strong innovative problem-solving capabilities;Must have understanding of technical and financial aspects of VISA and Mastercard tools and alert process;Strong oral and written communication skills in both Brazilian Portuguese and EnglishMust possess excellent communication skills and be detailed oriented;Presentation skills + ability to create presentation in SlidesSelf-starter with the ability to work under pressure independently and as part of a team;Ability to think strategically and act proactively to create strong trust and confidence with business units.Experience:Customer Support: 2 years (Required)Chargeback Dispute Representment: 2 years (Required)
