The ideal candidate will excel in a multifaceted role, overseeing system architecture, operational processes, digital marketing strategies, and capital projects to ensure streamlined, high-quality performance across the business.
Key Responsibilities:
System Architecture:
Develop and oversee technology systems that drive operational efficiency and support business growth.
Digital Marketing Strategy:
Manage digital marketing initiatives, including collaborating with external vendors and tracking success through analytics.
Operational Efficiency:
Identify and implement streamlined processes in areas like sales, business operations, and equipment maintenance.
Document these processes to create a comprehensive Company Playbook.
Capital Projects:
Oversee strategic investments in capital projects, such as managing rental equipment and vehicle fleet operations.
Reporting:
Produce consistent, data-driven reports for the leadership team, fostering a culture of informed decision-making.
