What you will do We believe that innovation begins with a genuine consumer need and deep technical investigation of potential solution proposals.
To achieve this goal, it is essential to conduct a meticulous screening of products through instrumental methods to select the best candidate to proceed within Research & Development process.
The R&D Jr Scientist will be responsible for clinical exploratory in-vivo studies (skin and hair/scalp) at Consumer Experience Center (CxC) for all Kenvue product categories.
Key Responsibilities • Ensure quality conduct of projects, designing, planning and executing clinical instrumental exploratory testing.
• Communicates findings and results to stakeholders through presentations and reports • Trains other scientists in the execution of exploratory clinical tests including handling of equipment's (sebumeter, corneometer, VISIA, etc).
• Maintains and renews participant's database for exploratory testing including informed consent application.
• Contributes to CXC explanation tours (local/global visits).
• Assists in writing and updating protocols, test methods and standard operating procedures.
• Manages laboratory supplies and equipment's calibration.
• Partners with other scientists to develop new exploratory clinical protocols and image analysis projects to improve research process.
What we are looking for Required Qualifications • Bachelor's degree in a scientific field (Biophysics, Chemistry/Chemical Engineering, Biochemistry, Pharmacy, Biomedical Science, Biology, Physics) • 0-2 years of related experience in scientific research and experimentation • Intermediate English (writing, reading, speaking) • Working knowledge in data analytics • Prior experience in biophysics/image clinical instrumental techniques (highly preferred) Desired Qualifications • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills • Strong technical writing and oral communication skills are required What's in it for you • Competitive Benefit Package* • Paid Company Holidays, Paid Vacation, Volunteer Time & More!
