Cloud Infrastructure Manager

We are looking for a Cloud Infrastructure Manager for a client in the financial segment, working from home and working under a CLT employment contract.
The Cloud Infrastructure Manager will be responsible for leading and managing the company's cloud infrastructure strategy and operations.
This role requires strong leadership, technical expertise, and the ability to ensure the scalability, security, and efficiency of cloud-based environments.
The manager will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure the infrastructure supports business needs and future growth.
Key Responsibilities: Develop and implement cloud infrastructure strategies aligned with business objectives; Oversee the deployment, configuration, and maintenance of cloud-based systems and services (AWS, Azure, GCP); Ensure cloud infrastructure complies with security policies and regulatory requirements, managing access, identity, and data protection; Monitor and manage cloud costs, ensuring efficient use of resources and recommending cost-saving measures; Lead and mentor a team of cloud engineers and administrators, promoting skill development and knowledge sharing; Implement monitoring solutions to track system performance, identify bottlenecks, and ensure high availability; Design and implement disaster recovery and backup strategies for critical cloud infrastructure; Collaborate with cloud service providers and vendors to ensure service level agreements (SLAs) are met; Drive automation initiatives to streamline processes and reduce manual intervention in infrastructure management; Work closely with development, DevOps, and security teams to align infrastructure with application needs and security standards.
Job Requirements: Minimum 5 years of experience in cloud infrastructure management, including AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud; Proficiency in cloud architecture, virtualization, networking, and containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes); Proven experience leading and managing technical teams; Strong understanding of cloud security practices, including identity and access management (IAM) and data encryption; Hands-on experience with automation tools such as Terraform, Ansible, or CloudFormation; Ability to troubleshoot complex issues in cloud environments and provide timely solutions; Knowledge of cloud cost management tools and best practices for cost optimization; Relevant cloud certifications (e.g., AWS Certified Solutions Architect, Microsoft Azure Administrator) are preferred; Strong communication and collaboration skills to work across departments and with external vendors; intermediate level of English.
