Job DescriptionThis role is responsible for facilitation, co-ordination and management of the learning and development offering for Leased Hotels in Türkiye. Also, within scope is involvement with the design of learning solutions to meet business needs. This aligns with the Accor MEAT Learning and Development Hub business strategy to enable employee development, accelerate current and future leaders' development, and enhance required organizational capabilities and skills development.
In collaboration with the Leadership and T&C teams, identifies learning needs for properties within Türkiye Leased Hotels, recommending learning solutions as appropriate and monitoring return on investment.Deliver all mandatory training programs within the Accor framework and track online training completions.Plan, organize, and execute training sessions based on the specific needs of each hotel.Create and maintain training calendars and detailed reports.Present training plans and progress reports to the Country Talent & Culture Director.Ensure that training initiatives align with company policies and enhance employee performance.Deliver the brand programs and ensure that all brand-specific resources are shared with the properties in Leased Hotels.Influence internal relationships for optimal participation in learning programs.Recommend and coordinate updates to existing learning material for continuous improvement of course content and program delivery techniques.QualificationsProven experience in Learning & Development or a similar role, preferably within the hospitality industry.Strong organizational and planning skills to effectively manage multiple properties.Excellent communication and presentation skills.Proficiency in tracking and reporting training metrics.Fluency in both Turkish and English (written and spoken).Additional InformationAt Accor, we are more than just hotels; we create heartfelt experiences for our guests and meaningful opportunities for our team members.
