As a Reservations Agent, you will make our guests feel welcome and reflect the exceptional experience they will have when they arrive!

Process all reservation inquiries made by phone or email efficiently and accurately.
Convert inquiries into sales to maximize revenue & occupancy.

QualificationsYour experience and skills include:
Guest focused personality is essential
Additional Information
Experience is an asset with at least 2 years of experience
Accor experience is preferable
Prior experience working with Opera or a related system
Strong interpersonal and problem-solving abilities
Fluency in English, additional languages are a plus
