**Key Responsibilities**:
- Soft Offer Products Management: Oversee the management of soft offer products for trucks and buses within the Brazilian and Latin America Markets
- Performance Monitoring: Monitor Service performance at each dealer and private importer and establish goals based on potential market growth and performance metrics.
- Genuine Parts and Service Packages: Manage the offer and promotion of genuine parts and service packages to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Product Portfolio Management: Management of the product portfolio, including genuine parts, remanufactured parts (Reman), and lubricants, services agreements and connectivity;
- Commercial Strategy: Define and implement all aftermarket commercial strategies and actions, focusing on both short-term and long-term business objectives.
- Team Management: Lead and manage the regional aftersales team, ensuring alignment with business goals and fostering a collaborative and high-performing work environment.
- Commercial Services Business Development: Support and drive the Services business in Brazil and among private importers in Latin America for trucks and buses.

**Skills and Qualifications**:
- Education: A Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field is required. A Master's degree is a plus.
- Experience: Extensive experience in aftermarket parts management, preferably within the automotive or heavy vehicle industry.
- Strategic Thinking: Strong ability to define and implement commercial strategies and actions that drive business growth.
- Leadership: Proven leadership skills with experience in managing and developing high-performing teams.
- Analytical Skills: Strong analytical skills to monitor performance metrics and identify growth opportunities.
- Product Knowledge: In-depth knowledge of genuine parts, remanufactured products, lubricants and service agreements;
- Communication: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to develop compelling sales arguments and build strong customer relationships.
- Tool Development: Proficiency in developing and managing business support tools.
- Mandatory languages: Portuguese and English fluency (Spanish is desirable)
