:
- Participate in NCs analysis, in lessons learned sessions and management reviews;
- Liase with Construction Quality Supervisors (CQSs), providing support;
- Support NC Coordinators/Quality Responsibles (QR), safeguarding quality gates;
- Incentivate Quality behaviours and Quality awareness;
- Monitor performance of CON suppliers (manpower, tools, equipment, products and services), reporting to Construction (CON) Leaders the noncompliance in Quality requirements;
- Participate, together with the NC investigation team, in Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and Corrective and Preventive Actions (CAPA), utilizing Quality Tools, such as 4D/8D;
- Participate of handovers from Sales to Construction and Construction to Service processes;
- Participate, after CON project execution, of Lessons Learned sessions, to improve contract effectiveness.
**Qualifications**
:
- Engineering student;
- Proficiency in English;
- Proficiency in Spanish (desirable).

- Ability to execute daily activities, once the priorities have been given;
- Ability to conduct specific actions, in a daily basis.
