We are looking for a person who can lead the strategy of consumer experience Adult Feminine Care
Define the consumer experience vision & strategy for the brand, key projects to achieve it, resources needed and delivery plan.
Create the brands digital personas, who will inform and drive the personalization opportunities across the consumer journey and touchpoints.
Define and guide the ideal value proposition to offer our different consumer segments.
Establish the brands consumer journey and define the strategic role of the touchpoints to provide a seamless experience across all its stages.
Lead the creation of first party data acquisition plan & engagement strategy. And the evolution towards loyalty & advocacy.
Set plans for driving continuous improvement and digital product evolution of the lifetime value of our first party data records.

Identify new opportunities that will enhance business delivery and user outcomes that will inform future strategic priorities
Support Local teams to find opportunities for improvement
Lead and define RACI for the cross functional team including Brand Management, Paid Media, Owned Media, Data & Analytics, CSI, IT/DTS, UX Design and External Agencies together to implement the consumer experience strategy
Connect withpaid media team to share role of the paid touchpoints and align execution for media strategy, CP local media plans, SEM strategy and acquisition media plans
Connect with paid digital (PESO) team to share strategic role of the owned touchpoints and align execution for SEO strategy, branded websites, social media, influencers and CRM
Collaborate with IT/DTS to provide visibility and share the business requirements to build the product backlog for Branded Websites, CEP & CRM developments as well as all digital products developed as part of the strategic roadmap.
Work with Data & Analytics to set clear hypotheses, KPIs, and measurement to achieve positive outcomes for the user and for the business
Activate a growth hacking and performance optimization way of work
Work with Brand Managers to ensure content production for commercial programs fits digital and mobile brilliant basics. REQUIREMENTS:
Experience in media planning, social media and CRM.
Strategy thinking:
strategy development and recommendation based on consumer knowledge and business analysis
Developing and implementing media strategy and communication campaigns.
Influence, Strategic thinking, Business analytic and result oriented.
Languages Advanced English and ideally notions of Spanish.
