The Central Services/Global Real Estate & Facilities (GRF) team for region Germany has an exciting position for a facilities specialist who wants to be involved in GRF Controlling.

What you'll do
With your expertise in the financial sector and as a strong team player, you will accompany and support the GRF departments in the development and implementation of first-class workplace and infrastructure solutions throughout Germany.
Your tasks will include:
Responsibility for managing the internal GRF CAPEX budget and forecast (investment budget ~ €100 million) for GRF Germany and support in OPEX Controlling tasks.
Preparation and postprocessing as well as the execution of budget and forecasting dates and provision of area-specific reports.
Set up the necessary processes, interfaces, and tools.
Evaluation of budgets regarding cost/investment split, depreciation limits and capitalization guidelines, as well as ensuring budget and FC transparency in projects and ongoing operation.
Interface to other finance units such as controlling, accounting, taxes, and purchasing to ensure SAP requirements.
First point of contact and very close cooperation with SAP Asset Accounting.
Collaborating and driving internal and cross-functional initiatives/projects and specific tasks nationally and internationally.
What you bring
University degree in finance, accounting, or business administration (ideally experience in controlling and/or finance) or successfully completed vocational training in finance and/or facility/real estate management.
Experience and very good expertise in finance/asset accounting and the corresponding German specifications is a prerequisite.
Ideally familiar with SAP internal controlling / financial processes and Knowledge of SAP applications (e.g.
BW, Analytics, ERP).
Very good spoken and written German and English are essential.
Excellent analytical skills, conceptual, structured, and independent working methods.
Strong competence in the development and implementation of solutions.
Strong communication and social skills and the ability to understand complex framework conditions.
Meet your team
The Central Services team is part of the Global Real Estate & Facilities (GRF) regional team in Germany and is responsible for the central GRF services.
The team also covers food spaces and therefore all catering services in Germany.
On the one hand, the Central Services team is responsible for supporting the GRF departments in key financial topics that occur in the context of the support of SAP real estate and locations in Germany.
On the other hand, the team is also part of a global GRF organization operating worldwide and thus also in a global environment.
The Central Services team is a diverse team consisting of 11 employees, mainly based in Germany, who currently work mostly onsite but also virtually.
