Responsible for the Dior digital 360°strategy plan and execution to achieve forecasted sales, growth and profitability following brand's guidelines and sustaining the luxury image. MANAGEMENT: Be the channel owner Be the main point of contact between Dior marketing and e-retailers. Together with commercial team, define year and monthly sales goal. Track of sales results weekly and react accordingly. Manage e-retail P&L, budget, and payments. TRADE Plan, negotiate and implement animations on all digital touchpoints, making sure all communications are aligned on due-dates (product, PR, media, CRM, e-merch, e-trade, gifts, …) and respect the particularities of each e-retail. Be the guardian of the brand guideline in the e-retailers. Search for and negotiate new spaces and formats with e-retailers. Define the promotional strategy for the 4 e-retailers and allocate quantities. Track conversion funnel in partnership with e-retailers. TOOLS Negotiate Guided Selling according to the profile of each e-retailer. Negotiate and implement E-conner updates Use sales tools (UGAM, Dashboards, ...) to map competition on a daily basis. E-PR Design the e-PR together with the PR team. OTHERS Work in partnership with the Media & CRM coordinator to implement best practices in e-retailers. Track competition. Develop reports and analyze results. Build a channel data track intelligence that enables comparisons and decision making. Coordinate and develop interns Requirements At least 4 years of experience with Digital Business Previous experience with beauty brands is a plus. Strong analytical profile Strong Knowledge of MS Excel Degree in Administration, Marketing, Economy, Engineering.
