Job Title: Supply & Import Coordinator Location: Contagem, Brazil Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced Supply & Import Coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have advanced English proficiency, a strong educational background in Foreign Trade or Administration with an emphasis on Foreign Trade, and practical expertise in import processes. This role requires a deep understanding of the complexities of customs clearance procedures, coordination with customs brokers, and compliance with regulatory authorities, including Receita Federal and other relevant bodies. Key Responsibilities: Manage and oversee the entire import process, from supplier coordination to cargo delivery. Liaise with customs brokers, Receita Federal, and other regulatory agencies to ensure timely and compliant clearance of goods. Coordinate with stakeholders to resolve issues related to shipping, documentation, and compliance. Monitor and analyze import logistics to optimize cost, efficiency, and delivery timelines. Ensure compliance with local and international trade regulations. Develop and maintain strong relationships with vendors, customs agents, and regulatory authorities. Prepare and review import documentation, including invoices, packing lists, certificates of origin, and licenses. Provide regular reports and updates on import activities to management. Qualifications and Requirements: Education: Bachelor's degree in Foreign Trade, Administration (with a focus on Foreign Trade), or related fields. Language Skills: Advanced proficiency in English (written and spoken). Experience: Proven experience in managing import processes, including customs clearance and dealing with regulatory bodies. Knowledge: In-depth understanding of import regulations, tax codes, and processes in Brazil. Skills: Strong organizational and problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Proficiency in import-related software and tools is a plus.
