Position: TI Coordinator Contract: CLT + Benefits Activities 1) Leading the development and implementation of service management processes- This includes ensuring that processes are aligned with the organization's overall goals and objectives, and that they are effectively implemented and monitored. 2) Coaching and mentoring service management professionals- This includes providing guidance and support to help them develop their skills and knowledge, and to ensure that they are effectively performing their roles. 3) Managing the service management portfolio- This includes ensuring that the portfolio is aligned with the organization's needs, and that it is effectively managed to ensure that it delivers value to the organization. 4) Providing thought leadership and guidance on service management best practices- This includes staying up-to-date on the latest trends and best practices in service management, and sharing this knowledge with others in the organization. 5) Representing the organization in external forums- This includes attending conferences and events, and speaking to other organizations about the organization's service management practices. Skills: Systems engineer or technologist, in computer science or related, with experience in management of work teams and IT infrastructure projects, quality of service assurance, reports and indicators (KPI), and deliverables management. Measurement of SLAs agreed with the business. Strong knowledge in process & ITIL v.4 for incidents, requests, changes, inventory, knowledge base, lifecycle for licenses & equipments. Knowledge Jira, Confluence and similar tool (Servicenow equivalent) Work with kanban, agile culture Experience to redefine services for improvements with target in quality, time reduction & performance.
