**Objective**:
**Foster collaborative partnerships with customers by providing tailored services and completing sales efforts aimed at optimizing inventory management within the supply chain.**
**Main Responsibilities**:
- ** Develop and execute a strategic plan for the development of the company's main customers;**
- ** Regularly schedule and conduct customer visits to build enduring relationships;**
- ** Engage actively and maintain a direct line of communication with the Colgate commercial team**
- ** Acquire in-depth market insights, stay abreast of industry developments, and integrate best practices and innovative processes to fuel the company's ongoing growth;**
- ** Oversee collaborative planning (CPFR), ensuring customer replenishment is finely tuned to minimize stock shortages and surpluses, thereby enhancing inventory quality through collaborative forecasting;**
- ** Conduct store checks and engage with transportation providers to identify and seize process improvement opportunities;**
- ** Continuously optimize and refine Logistics KPIs, including On-Time Delivery, Case Fill Rate, and Order Profiling;**
- ** Lead and manage projects that foster mutual growth and the continuous advancement of both the client and the industry**
- ** Participating in weekly meetings, JVPs and T2Ts;**
- ** Manage workflow efficiently, prioritizing tasks in alignment with business objectives and customer segmentation**

**Requirements**:
- ** Bachelor's Degree (Engineering, Business Administration, etc)**
- ** Solid experience in the area.**
- ** English - Intermediate/advanced level**
- ** Leadership skills**
- ** Project management and organization skills to manage multifunctional initiatives**
