About the RoleAs the Product Marketing Manager for In-Cosmetics Latin America, you will be the customer champion and market knowledge expert for RX marketing. You will lead initiatives to position our events as the number one choice in the market, leveraging insights from various stakeholders and external sources. Your strategic vision will shape our marketing efforts, ensuring that we effectively meet the needs of visitors, buyers, and exhibitors alike.
ResponsibilitiesDevelop in-depth industry and market knowledge to represent the voice of the customer.Participate in external events and communities to gather insights and map the competitive landscape.Define visitor and exhibitor marketing briefs and objectives for centralized marketing plans.Conduct market sizing, audience profiling, and propose growth strategies for key markets.Plan brand research and identify alignment opportunities within the portfolio.Outline all at-show experiences, including content, themes, and on-site media needs.Create a comprehensive content calendar that aligns messaging with the customer journey.Develop and execute a PR plan aligned with core content and brand messaging.Collaborate with sales teams to create enablement and account-based marketing plans.Address technology requirements and registration functionalities to enhance customer experience.Deliver a post-event marketing report, analyzing outcomes and insights for future improvements.RequirementsHave bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.Have proven experience in product marketing or event marketing, preferably within the cosmetics industry.
