This is a fully remote position where you will work within our CRM and messaging systems.Role DescriptionThis is a full-time remote role for a Customer Sales Specialist at Essence Medical Clinic. The Customer Sales Specialist will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, providing excellent customer service, writing and sending sales scripts, participating in training sessions, and ensuring customer satisfaction on a daily basis.QualificationsStrong analytical and communication skillsCustomer service and sales experienceExcellent interpersonal and communication abilitiesAbility to work independently and remotelyExperience in the healthcare or medical industry is a plusBachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related fieldExperience with CRM systemsProven ability to convert leads
