Join a fast-growing company specializing in strategic business acquisitions.
As a Customer Success Representative in the collections team, you will manage overdue payments, engage with customers to resolve payment issues, and ensure a positive customer experience.
You'll maintain strong customer relationships, keep a tight handle on CRM tools like HubSpot and Jira, and support smooth financial processes.

Need to have qualifications:
3+ years in customer service or related roles.
Exceptional written and verbal English communication skills.
Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain clean and accurate CRM records.
Proven problem-solving skills and ability to critically address customer situations.
Customer-centric mindset with a genuine ability to empathize and build trust.

Nice to have qualifications:
Experience in collections or payment follow-ups.
Hands-on experience with HubSpot for customer management.
Familiarity with Jira for ticketing and team collaboration.

Responsibilities:
Payment Follow-Ups:

Reach out to customers with overdue payments and provide clear, professional options for resolution.
CRM Management:

Keep customer records accurate and detailed for streamlined processes and reporting.
Customer Communication:

Deliver high-quality service representative of the brand's ethos.
Upselling Opportunities:

Identify and act on opportunities to upsell workshops and services.
Collaboration:

Work closely with internal teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.
Working hours:
Availability to work during U.S. business hours, with flexibility based on client needs.
