Key Responsibilities: Provide timely responses to customer inquiries, with a friendly and supportive approach, ensuring a high level of professionalism and customer satisfaction. Maintain detailed records of customer interactions, feedback, and resolutions, contributing to our database for quality assurance and service improvement.
