Variance Marketing is seeking a confident and fluent English-speaking Customer Success Associate to join our team. As we gear up for an exciting 2025, we need someone who excels in client communication, is comfortable on calls and video meetings, and has a solid understanding of marketing, SEO, and Ads. If you're passionate about delivering exceptional customer support and helping clients achieve success, we want to hear from you Responsibilities: Communicate with clients daily via phone, email, and video meetings. Provide exceptional customer support and ensure client satisfaction. Act as the main point of contact for clients, addressing their questions and concerns. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client goals are met. Maintain detailed records of client interactions and updates. Offer insights and guidance on marketing, SEO, and ad strategies. Requirements: Fluent in English with excellent spoken and written communication skills. Comfortable speaking on calls and being on camera for meetings. Experience in customer support or client-facing roles is a plus. Knowledge of marketing, SEO, Ads, and related concepts. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
