This role is designed for a top performer with strong sales skills, who will take full responsibility for the sales strategy, revenue targets, and market growth.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES Guide new customers through the CRM implementation process, ensuring smooth integration and setup.
Provide training sessions to educate clients on CRM features and functionalities Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, addressing their queries and concerns promptly.
Build and maintain strong relationships to foster loyalty and long-term partnerships.
Regularly assess customer satisfaction through surveys, feedback, and performance metrics.
Keep customers informed about new updates, features, and industry best practices.
QUALIFICATIONS 1-2 years of experience in customer success, account management, or a similar client-facing role.
Proven experience with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho, or similar platforms) and understanding of CRM systems' best practices.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Proficiency in English at an upper-intermediate or advanced level.
