Join the Stoneridge Team as we continue to build upon our strong history and reputation for quality products to deliver innovative products and systems that address a need, exceed our customers' expectations, and motivate our team.Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field, with 3+ years of experience in the automotive industry.Provide technical customer support.Troubleshoot and resolve incidents with strong problem-solving skills.Diagnose technical issues and remotely provide solutions to service technicians.Build and evolve the technical knowledge base of products.Create, maintain, and update indicators (KPIs).Conduct data analysis and troubleshooting.Demonstrate proficiency in programming languages such as Python.Work with relational databases (e.g., MySQL) to extract, transform, and load (ETL) data for analysis. Plus: Experience with cloud-based databases (e.g., Amazon) for handling big data.Use data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI) for creating and maintaining dashboards.Education, Experience, and Knowledge:Strong analytical, organizational, decision-making, and presentation skills are required.Strong interpersonal skills are essential for effective team interactions.Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with English language competency required.Detail-oriented with a demonstrated high level of accuracy.Seniority levelAssociateEmployment typeFull-timeJob functionMotor Vehicle Parts Manufacturing
