What You Will Do The Technical Product Owner Lead focused on Data Analytics solutions for Commercial Area is part of a data multidisciplinary team - composed of business analysts, scrum masters and data engineers, among others - whose primary responsibility will be to collaborate closely with business stakeholders to understand and meet their needs through innovative data products.
The role involves working independently and leading data projects of varying complexity, using agile methodologies and constantly connecting with the technical team and end users.
This professional will be responsible for developing and monitoring product roadmaps, identifying improvements, measuring user adoption and, most importantly, measuring the impact on the company's business.
Therefore, it is crucial that the ideal candidate has experience working closely with the business, as well as a strong technical background in development stages, such as data modeling (relational and multidimensional), SQL language, ETL processes and data harmonization, and visualization solutions such as Tableau and Power BI.
Key Responsibilities • Lead the development and implementation of advanced data analytics solutions.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into actionable data products.
• Design and optimize relational and multidimensional data models to support analytics and reporting needs.
• Develop and maintain data visualizations using tools like Tableau and Power BI to provide meaningful insights.
• Utilize SQL for data extraction, transformation, and analysis.
• Implement and advocate for agile methodologies, such as Scrum, to ensure efficient and effective project delivery.
• Stay updated with the latest trends and advancements in data analytics and incorporate them into the company's solutions.
• Mentor and guide team members, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
• Ensure data quality and integrity across all solutions and processes.
• Measure user adoption and impact on the company's business • Act as a bridge between technical teams and business users to ensure alignment and successful outcomes.
What We Are Looking For Required Qualifications • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Data Science, or a related field.
A Master's degree is preferred.
• Experience in translating complex business problems to Data Solutions, leading and managing projects of moderate to high complexity • Experience in building presentations with appropriate storytelling to explain insights and how they can be used to guide decision making • Experience with agile development methodologies, particularly Scrum.
• Strong business acumen with the ability to understand and address business needs through data solutions.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
• Proven track record of leading and delivering successful data analytics projects.
