This position ensures the availability, reliability, and performance of virtualized and Windows-based systems, supporting business operations across the organization.ResponsibilitiesManage and maintain VMware infrastructure, including vSphere, ESXi hosts, and virtual machines, ensuring high availability and performance.Administer Windows servers, including Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, and Group Policy management.Monitor the performance and availability of VMware and Windows systems, implementing optimization strategies to enhance efficiency and scalability.Provide L2/L3 support for VMware and Windows-related incidents and service requests, ensuring timely resolution and minimal impact on business operations.Utilize scripting languages (e.g., PowerShell, PowerCLI) to automate routine tasks and improve operational efficiency.Implement and adhere to security policies, procedures, and best practices for VMware and Windows environments, ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements.Maintain accurate documentation of system configurations, operational procedures, and troubleshooting steps.
