Ferrum stands for global presence, customer proximity, customised solutions, and high service quality.Your future working area:Lead and support product optimisation projects with regard to costs, standardisation, and functionality.Design and construct optimised assembly groups and machines.Support other departments regarding mechanical and design issues, risk analyses, root cause analyses, etc.Compile and optimise technical documentation.Maintain and create internal standards and instructions.Ensure compliance with applicable standards and regulations.Our requirements for you:Higher technical education (Bachelor of Engineering).Very good knowledge of 3D CAD (ideally SolidWorks).Experience in special machine construction, large parts/welded constructions, and Machine-Directive/ATEX is advantageous.Innovative, cross-process, and cross-team thinking with a hands-on mentality.Strong communication and teamwork skills, as well as a high degree of initiative and commitment.Fluent in English (at least B2).Willingness to travel ~10%.What does Ferrum have to offer you?Stable employment based on an employment contract.Attractive salary depending on your professional experience.Possibility of development through participation in training and courses financed by the employer.
