Key Responsibilities: Respond to and resolve support requests from users via phone, email, or in-person, delivering top-notch service.
Install, configure, and maintain desktop hardware and software, ensuring high performance and reliability.
Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to operating systems, applications, and network connectivity.
Provide user training and support for various software applications, empowering users to maximize their productivity.
Maintain comprehensive documentation of support requests and resolutions in our ticketing system.
Collaborate with the IT team to implement new technologies and improve existing solutions.
Ensure compliance with organizational policies and security protocols to protect our systems and data.
Requirements Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field (or equivalent experience ).
Proven experience in desktop support or a similar role, demonstrating strong problem-solving abilities.
Strong knowledge of Windows and macOS operating systems.
Familiarity with networking concepts and basic troubleshooting techniques.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-focused approach.
Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
Preferred Skills: Experience with Active Directory and remote support tools.
Knowledge of hardware components and peripherals.
IT certifications (e.g., CompTIA A+ , Microsoft Certified Professional ) are a plus.
