This is a unique opportunity to be part of a brand launch and drive membership growth through innovative campaigns, compelling content, and strategic advertising.The RoleAs a Digital Marketing Specialist, you will work closely with the Senior Marketing Strategist to bring the brand's vision to life. You'll be responsible for creating, managing, and optimizing paid advertising campaigns, developing engaging social media content, and collaborating with a videographer to produce promotional assets that captivate and convert.Key ResponsibilitiesExecute the marketing plan developed in partnership with the Senior Marketing Strategist.Manage and optimise paid digital advertising campaigns across Google, Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and other platforms.Collaborate with a videographer to produce high-quality promotional videos and visual content.Develop and implement social media campaigns to build brand awareness and engagement.Create content for email marketing, blog posts, and additional digital channels.Monitor and report on campaign performance, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.Stay informed of digital marketing trends and continuously bring fresh, innovative ideas to the table.What We're Looking For5+ years of experience in digital marketing, with a focus on paid advertising and social media.Proven expertise in managing PPC campaigns and paid social ads, with a track record of driving successful digital campaigns.Fitness or wellness industry experience is a plus, but not essential.Strong understanding of social media platforms, audience engagement strategies, and content creation.Excellent communication skills and a collaborative approach to teamwork.A creative mindset with a keen eye for design and detail.What's On OfferCompetitive salary based on experience.The opportunity to grow with a premium brand in the luxury fitness space.A creative and supportive work environment, where your ideas and contributions are valued.This is an incredible opportunity to be part of something special from the ground up.
