About the Role:
Madison Logic is eagerly seeking an

Enterprise Sales Director

to drive our growth in Brazil.
This role requires a passion for data-driven, digital media solutions and thrives in a dynamic environment.
As a key consultant, you will engage with some of the fastest-growing brands in the global marketplace.
Responsibilities:
Conduct consultative sales of Madison Logic's portfolio of B2B products to marketers in Brazil and the broader Latin American region.
Achieve annual, monthly, and quarterly sales targets.
Identify methods to promote and accelerate achievement of sales goals in the region.
Penetrate assigned accounts, including new business, renewals, and upsell opportunities.
Manage ongoing relationships with enterprise accounts in the region.
Negotiate pricing and contractual agreements.
Build and manage a strong pipeline of potential clients sufficient to exceed annual sales goals.
Act as a digital marketing consultant for enterprise and mid-market clients, staying abreast of digital marketing best practices and helping clients meet their revenue goals.
Work collaboratively with our Customer Success team to ensure successful client onboarding and provide white-glove support.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure clients' ongoing success and satisfaction.
Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
Basic Qualifications:
University Degree, or equivalent experience.
7+ years of quota carrying B2B sales, selling B2B digital marketing solutions to Marketing leadership in large Enterprise Accounts.
A track record of meeting annual targets in excess of 1.5 million USD.
2+ year history of over-achieving sales quotas (top 10-15% of company).
Proven track-record of building strong, positive internal relationships with sales support staff.
A consultative sales style, strong experience selling solutions and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Knowledge of Madison Logic and/or the Account-Based Marketing industry and competitive landscape is strongly preferred.

Strong technical aptitude for pitching advanced platforms.
Consultative sales style with the ability to adapt and deliver client-centric solutions.
Superior attention to detail and communication skills.
A proactive, roll-up-your-sleeves mindset.
Ability to work under tight deadlines.
A positive, collaborative attitude.
Expected Compensation:
Base:

R10000 per month
Commission:

R3258 Commission per month
Work Environment:

We offer a mix of in-office and hybrid working.
Hybrid remote work arrangements are not available for all positions.
Please refer to the job posting detail to determine what in-office requirements apply.
Where applicable, hybrid WFH days work must be conducted from your home office located in a jurisdiction in which Madison Logic has the legal right to operate.
WFH requires availability and responsiveness on a full-time basis from a distraction free environment with access to high-speed internet.

We are committed to paying our team equitably for their work, commensurate with their individual skills and experience.
Salary Range and additional compensation, including discretionary bonuses and incentive pay, are determined by a rigorous review process taking into account the experience, education, certifications and skills required for the specific role, equity with similarly situated team members, as well as employer-verified region-specific market data provided by an independent 3rd party partner.
