Come join us!About the RoleIn this opportunity as Director, HRBP you will:Business Partnering & SupportDevelop the people strategy for the business unit ensuring alignment with business objectives and the long term strategic vision of the organization.Participate as an integral member of the business unit management team and credibly provide insights to help inform strategic decisions.Act as a solutioning partner and architect with the business line lead in all areas concerning the growth strategy of the business.Functional Leadership & SupportProvide strong leadership and direction on key functional areas including Reward, Talent and OD for the business unit being supported.Partner effectively with specialist groups to develop, deliver and promote initiatives in line with business needs.Proactively identify key opportunities to strengthen and build the talent pool within the business unit.Use metrics and analytics to drive management decisions.Manage the delivery and execution of core HR processes and policies as required.Partner effectively with other specialist groups for any day-to-day issues faced by the customer.Leading a Change & Growth AgendaWork with the HR and business leadership team to identify organizational development improvements.Manage large scale change and transformation programs.Provide consulting and advisory services to projects within the SBU.Drive efforts around increasing employee engagement within the function.Industry LeadershipRegularly attend external events to promote Thomson Reuters HR.Develop a professional network both internally and externally.About YouYou are a fit for the role of Director, HRBP if your background includes:Bachelor's degree in business, human resources or related field.Background experience as HRBP in technology area/companies.Deep knowledge of HR policies, processes and core HR topics.Understanding of the "Agility" operating philosophy.Strong analytical, reporting and presentation skills.Outstanding interpersonal, mentoring and communication skills.Experience in addressing employee relations matters.English Advanced to Fluent and desirable Spanish.AccessibilityAs a global business, we rely on diversity of culture and thought to deliver on our goals.
