Global eCommerce Marketing Specialist
The eCommerce Marketing Specialist will participate in and coordinate the planning and execution of the eCommerce initiatives on the Parts, Accessories and Apparel business line. From traffic acquisition, to conversion optimization and loyalty, and help the organization achieve its online transformation and market growth objectives.
As an eCommerce Marketing Specialist, you will be responsible for working with our agency and internal partners for the briefing, coordination, integration and activation of all digital marketing campaigns. You will work closely with internal partners and other cross-functional teams to make our online activations come to life.
**YOU'LL HAVE THE OPPORTUNITY TO**:
Collaborate in building the eCommerce Marketing strategy through analytics, recommendations, point of views, plans, roadmaps and campaigns,
Gather business and stakeholder requirements for content needs and own the briefing process with our DOO Studio partners,
Participate in the campaign update process across our digital channels.
Responsible for the delivery and and distribution of eCommerce-related assets,
Collaborate with the CRM, media and SEO teams to activate traffic acquisition strategies
Collaborate with the UX, tech and content teams to activate best in class experiences
Collaborate with data and analytics teams to analyze performances and build strategic insights to improve operations
Develop an insightful understanding of our consumers, collaborating closely with the brand and product teams at BRP
THIS ROLE IS A GOOD FIT IF YOU HAVE THE FOLLOWING SKILLS AND QUALITIES:
Bachelor's Degree in marketing, eCommerce, Business or in a pertinent field
3 to 5 years experience in an eCommerce-related role
Strong general knowledge in eCommerce best practices including SEO, SEM, social media, content marketing, UX/UI, CRO, web analytics, eMerchandising
Ability to multitask, prioritize and successfully meet several deadlines at once while maintaining attention to details
Strong leadership skills and ability to align with various stakeholders
Ability to adapt in a fast-paced environment
Proven experience in digital marketing a must
