Ecommerce Specialist - Portuguese

Job responsibilities would include:Monitoring and optimizing Amazon and/or Mercado Libre accountsUtilizing keyword analysis software to improve Amazon listings and ads Opening and monitoring support tickets on Amazon Vendor and Seller CentralUploading and performing upkeep on product listings on Amazon and/or Mercado LibreAnswering customer questions on Amazon and/or Mercado LibreCataloging and documenting large amounts of data in an organized fashion for future useExclusivity to Carson40 hours of work a weekAvailability during US work hours (Monday-Friday between 7:30 AM to 4:00 PM EST) Ideal candidates:Are able to speak, read, and write fluent English at C2 level requiredMultilingual in at least two languages, must be fluent in Portuguese Must have experience with Mercado Libre account managementUnderstanding of SEO/SEA keyword optimization and ads concepts are a plus, but will train the right candidate Have a good internet connection, and a computer with a web-camHave experience in an e-commerce and/or marketing settingAre comfortable with technology and using the internetHave experience with the Microsoft Office suite of products, especially Microsoft Word and ExcelAre good collaborators, and work well within a team settingAre a quick study, and detail orientedAbility to notice small errors, keep information organized, and ask questions as often as necessary to complete work correctly.
