A place where you can bring innovation to life.Your Role and Responsibilities As a Technical Content Lead, you will be responsible for developing technical training including concepts and hands-on lab exercises related to data analytics, machine learning, and AI.
The primary target audience for the training will be university students and faculty.Key Responsibilities:Define and develop comprehensive content strategy and training pathways in collaboration with subject matter experts in cross-functional teams.Develop and publish materials related to key concepts and hands-on exercises using case studies and interesting examples that resonate with students.Leverage and enhance existing materials as appropriate for university audiences.Apply instructional design principles and pedagogical strategies to ensure that content is accessible and effective for a global audience, including diverse skill levels (beginner to advanced).Required Technical and Professional Expertise Strong proficiency in written and spoken English.Solid experience designing and developing IT or technical training materials and content including creating instructor-led materials, e-learning modules, hands-on lab exercises, simulations, knowledge assessments, and other training materials.Solid experience in one or more of the following: Python coding, creating Jupyter notebooks, and using libraries (NumPy, Pandas, langchain, etc.
).Experience working with tools like Ollama and Large Language Models (LLMs).Solid experience working knowledge of eLearning development tools such as Articulate Storyline/Rise, Adobe Captivate, or Camtasia.Ability to apply adult learning and instructional design principles to design and develop curriculum pathways for relevant audience.Ability to collaborate with senior subject matter experts (SMEs), instructional designers, and multiple business stakeholders to create accurate, practical, and engaging curriculum content.Ability to manage multiple priorities and work across timezones.Ability to work independently and deliver high-quality work.Preferred Technical and Professional Expertise Experience with CSR.#J-18808-Ljbffr
