MISSION OF OFFICE Develop all corporate communications of the company in Brazil and LatAm - Ensure alignment of all internal communication of the company in its tools, as well as bring new possibilities for effective communication within the company.
Create specific communication projects within the needs of each area of the company - Propose communication formats according to the needs of each area of the company, aimed at effectiveness by the target audience Working the internal marketing and internal campaigns as the teams engagement tool in Brazil and LatAm - use the internal marketing as alignment tool of communication and engagement teams Develop internal and external events plan of the company - Position the company internally as market leader and the market Description of the Position Communication and Advertising Family MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:Develop and run the Events plan internal and external company, also creating all guidelines and policies.
Measuring results.
Create internal communication guideline of the company, as well as the policies, perform communication and measuring results.
Develop and implement specific communication projects in the areas of the company, aiming the effectiveness of the message and engage the target audience.
Plan and conduct internal marketing actions and internal campaigns in order to target public engagement and convey the message clearly and objectively.
REQUIREMENTS:Fluent English Educational training:East or Supplementary Education, Technologist, Higher education, Postgraduate Specific knowledge and skills:Experience in internal communications and internal marketing, Expertise in events (planning and execution) O modelo de trabalho adotado pela ADP é office based/presencial, com a possibilidade de trabalho em home-office por até duas vezes na semana Considerando que as atividades desempenhadas pelos ocupantes deste cargo envolvem acesso a informações altamente confidenciais e sensíveis de clientes da ADP e de seus respectivos empregados, a ADP reserva-se o direito de conduzir checagem de histórico, de tempos em tempos, conforme autoriza o Incidente de Recurso de Revista Repetitivo nº 01 do Tribunal Superior do Trabalho, mediante consentimento do candidato/trabalhador."
