*** PLEASE SUBMIT ONLY ENGLISH RESUMES*** We are looking for an expert RAN Engineer, a key highly technical position within our growing company with a dynamic and exciting environment. The expert RAN engineer is responsible for integration and implementation of RADCOM mobile 4G/5G Radio monitoring solution within our customers' virtual, physical, and cloud-based environments. The engineer will be actively involved with the different aspects of RADCOM solution integration and will work in partnership with multiple departments and functions within the organization. The engineer shall be viewed by the customer as the Subject Matter Expert for RAN – Radio Access Network and for the RADCOM monitoring solution, including certification, configuration, administration, and troubleshooting. The expert RAN engineer will also be involved with support escalation of operational issues related to RAN and Core network and will work closely with the customer and partners in a dynamic versatile environment with cutting-edge technologies. Engagements and duties: Work in partnership with internal resources, such as Project Management, Engineering, Professional Services, Product Management and System Architects to push the integration through its phases. Enable the solution in the lab, troubleshoot any issues during integration and stay actively involved during the production phase as new features and versions are released. Take active role in defining and executing test plan for the RAN part in the RADCOM monitoring applications by writing test objects and detailed test plan description, followed by hands-on execution of the test cases in a lab environment while documenting all activity and results. Interact and engage with customers' RAN engineers handling lab integration, field deployment and operation of RADCOM's system, as well as end users, to assure optimal usability of the RADCOM solution and the highest level of customer satisfaction. Attend daily/weekly meetings with customers and RADCOM internal resources. Handle service requests and change requests; be involved in tracking and certifying the tickets till resolution. Be involved in customer's RAN engineers' training and coach customer's engineers, operations and lab personnel about aspects relating to RADCOM monitoring technology, solution components or its infrastructure. Support escalations and issues diagnosis. Required qualifications: Bachelor's degree in engineering Sound knowledge, understanding and experience in networking at all layers. Proficiency in RAN technologies: 4G, 5G, ORAN and related 3GPP standards At least 4 years of experience as a RAN engineer in one of the RAN vendors - MUST Experience with Radio Access Networking troubleshooting; thorough understanding of call flows of different services and scenarios. Demonstrated experience with implementing, monitoring, optimizing and troubleshooting RAN networks. Knowledge and experience with Mobile Core and IMS Core technology and protocols including VoLTE, VoNR – an advantage. Experience with Linux, shell/Python scripting, Kubernetes – an advantage. Experience with cloud-native technologies – AWS, Open Stack, VMware – an advantage. Experience with databases and analytics – an advantage.
