As part of One team, One Kroll, you'll contribute to a supportive and collaborative work environment that empowers you to excel.Our Finance practice is looking for a Finance Analyst in our Sao Paulo Office.Day-to-day Responsibilities:Bank payment allocationsPayment approval follow upDownloading Extraction of receipts to controlsChecking and feeding financial transactions into internal control spreadsheetsReview expense reportsOverseeing the reimbursement processControl/coordinate the intercompany processChecking of posted invoicesRequest issuance of invoicesPerform payments and journal entries (GL)Perform GL payroll reconciliationsIssue invoices and debit memos in internal systemMonitor and feed cash flow spreadsheets and the internal systemExtract debit memo reports from the systemCheck and update expense reports and retainer accountsSending invoices and debit memos to customers and supporting the collection of overdue paymentsUpdating bank account balancesFeeding Intercompany Settlement spreadsheet and tracking of postings and updatesBe a wildcard for the finance team in Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable and cover vacations.Prepare Balance Sheet reconciliationsMinimum Requirements:Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Business Administration or FinanceIntermediate to advanced level of English (spoken and read) - participation in meetings, emails and dealing with the external team.Experience in routine accounts payable and accounts receivable activities.Knowledge of ERP systems (Dynamics, Lawson, SAP...)Advanced office suite (Excel, Word)About KrollJoin the global leader in risk and financial advisory solutions—Kroll.
