Finance Manager

Qualifications:

Graduate of BS Accountancy
With at least 5 to 10 years experience
Has excellent ability to problem solve along with solid analytical skills, understanding of the business process and systems.
With strong knowledge of financial reporting.

Job Description:

Manages all aspects of financial management including corporate accounting, regulatory and financial accounting, budget and forecast preparation, financial risk management as well as development of internal control policies and procedures.
Serves as the critical link that binds finance to the entire management team, divulging the importance of all functional teams' activities on the overall company strategy and objective.
Provide technical expertise and advice on complex finance issues to functional teams to help understand financial implications and manage their financial responsibilities.
Provide support to Finance Manager for annual budgeting process.
Develop financial strategy, including risk minimization plans and opportunity forecasting.
