In this role, you will play a key part in managing accounting processes, preparing financial statements, and performing detailed financial analysis. Collaborating with the executive team, you will help shape financial strategies that drive our company's growth and ensure its financial health.Your responsibilities will include monitoring cash flow, managing budgets, and making sure that we comply with all financial regulations. Your insights will be critical in identifying cost-saving opportunities and improving overall efficiency.Responsibilities:Oversee the financial operations of the companyManage accounting processes, including the preparation of financial statementsConduct financial analyses to identify trends and improvement opportunitiesMonitor cash flow and manage departmental budgetsEnsure compliance with U.S. GAAP, tax laws, and other relevant financial regulations.Oversee the preparation of financial statements, ensuring timely and accurate reporting to internal and external stakeholders.Optimize and manage the company's financial software systems, with a strong emphasis on QuickBooks, ensuring seamless integration with other business systems.Provide actionable insights and recommendations to enhance profitabilityCollaborate with executive teams on financial strategies and policiesDevelop and manage relationships with financial entities, auditors, and other stakeholdersQualifications:Proven experience in a Financial Controller or similar roleStrong background in finance and accountingExtensive knowledge of financial principles and regulationsExceptional analytical skills and attention to detailAbility to interpret financial data accuratelySignificant experience working in a startup environment, ideally within a high-growth company.Extensive proficiency in QuickBooks is mandatory.Strong knowledge of U.S. GAAP, financial regulations, and tax compliance.Demonstrated experience in financial planning, analysis, and strategic financial management in a startup context.Strong communication and interpersonal skillsBachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or a related fieldCPA certification is a plusBenefits:100% RemoteTraining & DevelopmentWork From Home
