Role Description This is a full-time Sales Executive role focused on Capital Markets at FintAI, based in São Paulo, SP, with flexibility for remote work. As a Sales Executive, you will be responsible for driving business growth by engaging with clients in the capital markets sector, understanding their needs, and offering them our innovative financial solutions. Qualifications Proven experience in sales or business development within the financial services industry Deep understanding of capital markets, financial products, and investment strategies Excellent communication and negotiation skills to build strong client relationships Strong analytical skills to assess market trends, identify opportunities, and propose tailored solutions Ability to work independently and collaboratively to achieve sales targets Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office suite Certifications in sales or finance (e.g., CFA, CGA, CFP) are a plus Fluency in English and Portuguese is required, additional languages are a bonus
