Fixed Term - HR Talent Management Intern

This position is a fixed term - for 1 year, conducted by AIESEC as an exchange program. This position is based in Panam, where AIESEC and Hilti will help you with the VISA and other information regarding you trip to Panama.

What's the role?

The Talent Management intern assists the Regional Talent Manager and HR team with a wide range of projects related to talent management, development, retention, and internal programs.

What does the role involve?
Assist with the development of talent management campaigns and activities
Provide analysis on talent management by job/location/ and others
Run various reports and update them on a regular basis
Assist in coordinating large-scale departmental events
Prepare presentations for talent management events
Perform other duties as assigned by the Regional Talent Manager

Position:
12 months, based in Panama
**Experience**:
Tanelnt Management, Events, HR Projects.
Spanish & English Advanced
Portuguese Intermediate
Completed Bachelor Degree
