As a Foreign Trade Analyst at Marel, your most important responsibility is work to import / export machines and spare parts for our Customers and Colleagues around the world.
**Based at Marel Campinas - SP (Brazil).**
On a daily basis, you will:
- Execute importation, exportation and international purchasing activities with intercompany and international suppliers of spare parts and equipment;
- Create POs (purchase orders), SO (sales orders), LI (import licenses);
- Prepare shipment instructions in excel sheet and in the ERP system;
- Responsible for the clearance process and procedures with customs broker;
- Monitoring of processes, maintenance of delivery dates and follow-up with providers, internal customers and suppliers;
- Conference, calculation and issuance of NFE (Nota Fiscal);
- Register providers billing into the ERP, close import costs and monthly accounting conciliation;
- Provision of tax expenses and monitoring with the financial department;
- International freight quotation and import / export cost simulation for internal customers.
You will work in a team with experienced coworkers, in a hybrid system (2 days at home and 3 days in the office), we will teach you all the knowledge that you need in your daily routine.

- Knowledge in foreign trade process;
- High level of accuracy, attention to detail, analytical and process driven;
- Advanced knowledge in Excel;
- Bachelor degree in Business Administration, Foreign trade, International Relations
- English skills, both written and verbal;
- Spanish skills will be a plus.
