You'll manage day-to-day import/export activities, ensuring compliance with global trade regulations and optimizing processes across all businesses.Key Responsibilities:Regulatory Compliance: Ensure adherence to local and international regulations, handle special customs regimes, and guarantee timely and accurate documentation.Document Control: Review and validate import/export documents, maintain accurate databases, and ensure compliance with Customs requirements.International Logistics: Track shipments, manage delivery schedules, and update import/export controls.Process Improvement: Update procedures, identify inefficiencies, and enhance operational excellence.Vendor Coordination: Work with forwarders, brokers, and clients to ensure smooth export processes and performance improvements.Performance Monitoring: Analyze trade operation KPIs and manage financial reporting.Qualifications:University Level: bachelor's degree in international Trade or similar areas.Proven experience in the field of international trade operations (Logistics & Customs).Intermediate to Advanced written and oral communication skills in English.Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.Knowledge of Law Customs Regulations in Brazil, Certifications and Licensing processes to be carried out with authorities.Proficiency in trade documentation & logistics coordination.Intermediate Excel and MS Office systems knowledge, desirable Datasul or other ERP systems.Excellent interpersonal relationships.Excellent organizational, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.Flexible team player with ability to multi-task.Detail-oriented approach with a focus in accuracy, compliance, and efficiency in trade operations.Client-oriented focus.Apply now to be part of a dynamic team and drive excellence in international trade operations!
