**Your role**
- Are you looking for an opportunity to build a strong knowledge base across multiple finance specialist areas?
We are looking for an analyst to:
- provide analysis over P&L and Balance Sheet
- execute analysis of product profitability and provide guidance on significant business and product decisions
- evaluate company expenses and criticize cost allocation per business units
- prepare presentations and analysis supporting the finance senior leadership
- perform financial and analytical reviews, controls, data reconciliation and variance analysis
- participate in the development and implementation of process and procedures associated with financial
reporting and the development of senior management presentations- support the monthly forecast, annual budget and long-range planning processes for Investment Banking
- redesign and automate monthly closing process, operational tasks and reporting solutions
- introduce process improvements and implement financial best practices
**Your team**
- You'll be working within Finance team with focus on Wealth Management and Investment Bank operations in Brazil.
FP&A and Product Control team is responsible to produce and distribute best-in-class reporting products and analysis that support compliant and confident decision making for Global Banking (ECM, DCM and M&A
- operations), Global Markets and Wealth Management business units, in a challenging and inclusive
- environment.
**Your expertise**
- 5-10 years of relevant experience in Finance
- university degree in Administration, Economics, Accounting or Engineering
- excellent Excel and Access skill with the ability to use VBA
- experience with budget development, forecast and strategic plan
- strong analytical skills as well as excellent problem-solving skills
- demonstrated presentation skills
- advanced in English, with strong writing skills
- able to complete tasks independently to a high standard
- structured, organized, and detail-oriented
- experience translating financial data into meaningful reports and dashboards
- experience with data engineering (ETL) and data manipulation language (eg.
SQL, Python, R) is a plus
