What are we looking for?
We are looking for a FP&A Specialist based in Sao Paulo. This position holds a key role in overseeing and controlling the financial performance of operating assets, focusing on key metrics such as P&L (revenues, costs, EBITDA) and cash flow, including sources and uses.
What challenges will you face?
Financial Analysis:
Conduct in-depth financial data analysis to identify trends, variances, and opportunities.
Prepare comprehensive reports and presentations highlighting key findings and recommendations.
Analyze financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
Budgeting and Forecasting:
Develop annual budgets and long-term financial forecasts.
Track budget performance and regularly update management on progress.
Identify areas for cost savings and efficiency improvements.
Financial Reporting:
Prepare accurate and timely financial reports for internal and external stakeholders.
Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulatory requirements.
Present financial information to management, explaining variances and trends.
Cash Flow Management:
Oversee cash flow projections and liquidity requirements.
Monitor accounts receivable and payable to optimize cash flow.
Implement strategies to enhance working capital management.
Risk Management:
Identify and assess financial risks, including market, credit, and operational risks.
Develop risk mitigation strategies and implement controls.
Stay informed on industry trends and regulatory changes.
What specific knowledge do you need?
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economy, Accounting, Engineering, Math, Statistics, or any course with logical thinking
At least 3 years of experience in similar positions in FP&A or Asset Management, Energy or Utilities industries.
Advanced English. Spanish is a plus.
Experience using Power BI and Oracle ERP
Advanced PowerPoint, Excel, and Word skills
