Location: Remote Schedule: 08:00-17:00 UTC, 5 days/week (Monday to Friday) Contract: Freelance contract with TransPerfect (Note this is not an employee contract) Start: 5/27 Rate: 6 USD/hour Job Description: Processing questions and problems from users through a ticketing system Answering queries on blogs and forums as well as social media channels Getting familiarized with the games so you can advise players Getting creative in finding solutions to technical problems and bugs Encouraging user loyalty by providing an outstanding service Contributing to studio-wide community strategies Supporting the community managers with ad-hoc tasks Complete all other tasks that are deemed appropriate for the role and assigned by the manager/supervisor Required skills: Japanese (native level), English (business level) Game lover Ideally previous Customer experience
