In this role, you will serve as the first point of contact for patients, managing appointments and insurance queries while ensuring a positive patient experience.Responsibilities:Answer incoming calls and greet patients with a friendly demeanor.Schedule appointments and manage patient records efficiently.Verify patient insurance information and determine eligibility.Assist patients with inquiries related to insurance coverage and billing.Maintain a high level of customer service and professionalism at all times.Coordinate with healthcare providers and administrative staff for seamless operations.Qualifications:Previous experience in customer service or healthcare a plus.Knowledge of medical insurance processes and terminology a plus.Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.Ability to work independently and multitask.Proficiency in healthcare management software a plus.High attention to detail and problem-solving skills.Additional Information:Payment in US dollars.Training and Development.Work is 100% remote.
