Educational Requirements:
Relevant Degree
ETQA Experience
3 years plus experience in a management role
3-10 years' experience in a Training and Development environment
High level of competency in MS Office, particularly Word and Excel
Duties and Responsibilities:
Daily operations management
Budget and finance management
Sales and performance management
Oversee, direct, and lead the daily operations of the campus to ensure a high-quality service to every student
Drive the performance of the sales team on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis to achieve/exceed the campus annual targets
Ensure service levels to students are optimized and that the turnaround times to resolve issues raised by students are within the agreed parameters
Manage and co-ordinate marketing activities at campus level and work closely with the head office marketing team
Staff management: interacting, coaching, recognizing superior performance and addressing substandard performance of team members
Achieve the budgeted EBIDA for the campus for the period under review, managing both revenue and operational expenses daily
Ensure the highest quality of teaching and learning on campus, including continuous assessments of lecturers' performance and collaboration with committees and academic boards
Ensure that the campus is fully compliant with all accreditation requirements from a statutory perspective
Attain rollover and retention ratios for the campus and implement corrective action plans for non-compliance
Ensure that the campus is always presentable, well-maintained, clean, and that all IT systems and equipment are operational
Optimize management interaction with students, including activities like SRC, CSI projects, sports days, and parents' functions
