Supply Chain Management: Lead supply chain activities to reach purchasing costs, quality, and on-time delivery targets; Industrialization: Drive industrialization activities with a focus on partnership with the development team to reduce throughput time and ease the introduction of modifications; Business Development: Build relationships with key industry players, vendors, and customers to develop new business opportunities; Operational Leadership; Strategic Planning: Develop and implement business strategies aligned with company goals to achieve organizational objectives; Quality Control; Team Management; Budget Management; Continuous Improvement: Identify and implement process improvements to enhance productivity and efficiency.
Safety Compliance: Ensure a safe working environment by adhering to health and safety regulations.
Stakeholder Communication; Inventory and Logistics; Customer Service; Legal Compliance; Production Management; Process Improvement: Direct activities to design new and modified processes for manufacturing and testing products, and develop tools and policies for purchasing and logistics.
Data Management: Ensure quality and integrity of data used in the ERP system that drives order fulfillment.

Fluent English; Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite or similar software; Experience in budgeting and forecasting; Experience with ERP systems (SAP preferred); Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Industrial Management, or a related field (Master's preferred).
