About the Role: Acting as Latam HSE Manager at Coesia, you will be able to perform safety strategies from the Headquarter within the region.
Your responsibilities will drive actions as mentioned below: Your activities: ·Supervises activities related to work safety, with a view to ensuring conditions that eliminate orreduce the risks of accidents at work to a minimum, observing compliance with all relevant legislation.
· Promotes inspections in the workplace, identifying dangerous conditions, taking all necessary measures to eliminate risk situations, as well as to train and raise awareness among regarding safety attitudes at work.
· Collaborates in building modification projects or new company installations, aiming at creating safer conditions at work.
· Research and analyze the causes of occupational diseases and the environmental conditions in which they occurred, taking the measures required by law, in order to avoid its recurrence, as well as to correct the conditionsunhealthy causes of these diseases.
· Promotes campaigns, lectures Main Challenges: Ensures the safety of employees by promoting inspections in order to identify and minimize dangerous conditions, providing awareness campaigns and lectures, drawing up plans to combat fires, determining and distributing Individual Protection Equipments; studies and monitors accident statistics aimed at adopting preventive measures.
