You will collaborate closely with both Technical and Business teams to automate critical processes, contributing to our commitment to excellence in Customer Operations services.The impact you will make in this role:Scope Definition & Alignment: Collaborate with Business Areas to define and align the scope of automation projects, ensuring they meet organizational goals.Design & Implementation: Lead the design, development, documentation, and implementation of Automation Solutions, with a primary focus on Power Automate Desktop.Process Improvement: Innovate and refine business processes by building new KPIs, performing strategic analysis, and exploring novel ideas.Your Skills and Expertise:To set you up for success in this role from day one, 3M is looking for candidates who must have the following qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Statistics, or a related field.Strong knowledge of automation tools and techniques, with a primary focus on Power Automate Desktop.Programming languages Python, C#, VB.Net.Solid understanding of databases with experience in SQL or NoSQL.RPA Experience: Proven experience with RPA tools, with Power Automate Desktop as the primary tool, and/or experience with UiPath and Blue Prism.Language Skills: Advanced or fluent English proficiency is required.Analytical & Logical Skills: Strong logical, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.Process Optimization: Understanding of process optimization and deployment strategies.Agile Methodologies: Experience with Agile Methodologies, particularly Scrum.Available to work remotely anywhere in Brazil.Additional qualifications that could help you succeed even further in this role include:Power Platform Expertise: Extensive experience with Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, etc.).Cloud Experience: Familiarity with Azure or AWS cloud environments, including components like Dataverse.Advanced Technical Skills: Experience with Snowflake and SAP Scripting.Desirable: Knowledge of Data Science skills (prescriptive/predictive models) and an understanding of Machine Learning (ML) and Artificial Intelligence (AI) basics.Supporting Your Well-being:3M offers many programs to help you live your best life – both physically and financially.
