Responsibilities:

Collaborate with the client's internal recruitment team, proactively sourcing and pre-qualifying candidates based on specific requisitions (Medical, Engineering, Technical, Construction, and Legal) to present as qualified active candidates.Generate candidate interest through creative strategies.Pre-qualify talent through profiling, assessing the level of interest and availability via calls and emails.Coordinate interview schedules between clients and candidates on behalf of team members.Maintain and update databases (Dynamics, LinkedIn Projects).Identify talent.Schedule and conduct telephone interviews to independently assess candidates.Identify and implement innovative ways to attract candidates.Assist in coordinating between client and candidate on behalf of team members.

Requirements:

Excellent communication skills in English (expert/native proficiency level, both oral and written).Experience in recruiting in the United States or Global (Plus).
