Role Overview: As a Growth Product Manager , you will own the strategy, roadmap, and execution of initiatives that drive user acquisition, retention, and monetization. You'll use data-driven insights to identify growth opportunities and work cross-functionally with design, engineering, marketing, and analytics teams to deliver impactful results. Key Responsibilities: Growth Strategy: Develop and execute a comprehensive growth strategy, including user acquisition, activation, retention, and revenue growth. Data Analysis: Analyze user behavior, funnels, and performance metrics to identify growth opportunities and measure success. A/B Testing: Design and run experiments to optimize user engagement and conversion rates. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with engineering, design, marketing, and sales teams to implement growth initiatives. Roadmap Ownership: Define and prioritize growth-focused product features and experiments. Customer Focus: Leverage user feedback and data to improve the product experience and maximize value for our users. Innovation: Stay informed on industry trends, growth hacking techniques, and tools to continuously improve our growth strategy. KPI Tracking: Monitor and report on key growth metrics (e.g., LTV, CAC, churn, ARPU). Qualifications: Experience: 3 years in product management, growth, or a related role in a technology-driven environment. Analytical Skills: Strong proficiency with data analysis tools (e.g., SQL, Excel, Google Analytics, Amplitude) and the ability to derive actionable insights. Experimentation Expertise: Proven experience designing, running, and analyzing A/B tests and other experiments. Product Management Skills: Ability to define product requirements and manage a roadmap in collaboration with engineering and design teams. User Focus: Deep empathy for users and a passion for delivering exceptional experiences. Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills; comfortable presenting ideas to both technical and non-technical audiences. Problem-Solving: Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills, with a track record of driving results in a fast-paced environment. Technical Acumen: Basic understanding of web and mobile technologies is a plus. Preferred Qualifications: Experience in a high-growth startup or tech company.
